WHO'S KAREN?
Hi, I'm Karen.

For more than two decades, I've worked at the intersection of people, ideas, and opportunity.
From leadership roles at Microsoft and venture-backed startups to mentoring entrepreneurs and building communities, I've been fascinated by the question:

Why do some people seem to encounter more opportunity, connection, and success than others?

After years of observation and thousands of conversations, I realized that what set these people apart was not simply luck. They were actively creating the conditions for "smart luck" or serendipity through proactive curiosity, openness, genuine human connection. And I realized that I too have that gift of "Karendipity" that I want to share with the world.

Today, through Karen’s Connection Circle, I help individuals and organizations cultivate these behaviors so more meaningful opportunities, ideas, relationships, and moments of serendipity can emerge for them.
